The Virginia Commonwealth University Motor Control Lab aims to design and develop novel therapies for the assessment and improvement of movement behaviors in orthopedic and neurological populations. Our current projects use state-of-the-art technologies, including Virtual Reality, to create interventions that look to improve function and reduce disability, while addressing how the trunk segment is controlled during voluntary and reactive movements.
