Welcome to the official page of the Gender-Based Violence and Discrimination in the Workplace Compendium - 2024 Edition. This Compendium is a joint initiative by Madame Mine and BKO Consulting to combat gender-based violence and discrimination in the workplace. We are committed to raising awareness, informing, and mobilizing companies, employees, and all stakeholders around this essential cause. This project includes in-depth studies, awareness events, and practical resources to support victims and promote inclusive work environments. The launch of the first edition will take place on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, in Cocody from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Esp. Latrille Events (Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire).
