According to "VEB Capital’s" development Concept adopted in December 2014 by the Supervisory Board of the Company, the main activities of LLC "VEB Capital" are: Distressed asset management of Vnesheconombank group (hereinafter - the Group), including the Group's property, interests and / or shares of legal entities, the rights of the creditors' claims in order to resolve crisis situations, assets functioning normalization, increase their market value and subsequent sale to ensure the maximum possible return of invested tools; Management of non-core assets of the Group in order to increase their market value, the search for investors and the implementation of core assets in order to secure the repayment of investments made; Providing a wide range of services including advice and expertise in the management, development and disposal of assets not belonging to the Group of Vnesheconombank, including the organization of state property sale during privatization.
