VEB Foundation is a forward-thinking Ghanaian NGO dedicated to empowering youth in marginalized communities. With a focus on Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Economic Empowerment, we work with young individuals aged 12 to 18, providing opportunities to develop their unique talents. Our approach celebrates diversity, focusing on key areas such as hospitality, tourism, music and culture, and technical and vocational education and training (TVET). By addressing challenges in talent development, we empower youth to achieve their potential and contribute meaningfully to society. With our vibrant energy and innovative strategies, we are not just building skills but also reducing inequalities by equipping young people with the tools to overcome barriers and seize opportunities for economic independence and social inclusion. Mission To bridge the gap of inequality by nurturing the talents of marginalized youth, equipping them with education and economic skills, and empowering them to create sustainable livelihoods while celebrating diversity and innovation in their chosen fields.
