VIP is managed by Jolene Anderson, Don Megrath and Rick Nagle, with over sixty years combined experience investing in and advising early and growth stage companies from pre-investment through exit.
VIP’s objective is to provide superior investment returns to investors while also doing good by catalyzing and accelerating successful businesses, creating lasting positive social and/or environmental impact in the world. VIP’s primary focus areas are life sciences & health and clean technology companies that are based in the United States and Canada. One of our goals is also to invest in portfolio companies that are lead or founded by teams that include women or other minorities with 50% or more of VIP’s available capital. By advising and mentoring company teams, we bring additional value to companies we work with, helping accelerate growth and potential return for investors.
