Vedashini Federation is an India based micro-finance company, offering business loans to small and medium sized businesses and enterprises. We support women entrepreneurs, individuals and small businesses who does not have the access to conventional banking and other credit facilities. Since our inception, the focus of our organisation has been on the financial well-being of enterprising women from economically challenged sections of society, as we believe that they are a significant part of the uncounted millions who drive the unorganized sector and micro enterprises in India. They are not only an important member of every household, but they are also a significant contributor to the national economy. Vedashini is another name for the Hindu Goddess of wealth and prosperity, Lakshmi, and at our organisation; we believe that every woman is an embodiment of her. Hence, at Vedashini Federation, we have been driven by one single goal – investing in the smallest dreams.
