About Vederra Modular
We are setting a new standard for factory-built energy efficient construction and social impact. Through our partnership with NREL, we are committed to providing the most energy efficient designs and technology available in modular construction. Capable of producing 650,000 square feet of housing annually, our factory is supplying affordable housing organizations and developers with the solutions they need to build more units while reducing the environmental impact. The Vederra approach integrates off-site fabrication and assembly that are designed to Net Zero standards. Critical components such as high efficiency heat pumps, high R value envelope systems, solar panels, and battery storage are all installed at the factory. This provides our local development partners, private, NGO and government agencies with a turnkey solution for their growing needs as the state starts to legislate Net Zero construction.
