Veggy Flours uses agroindustrial by-products to develop new ingredients for food and nutraceutical applications, through sustainable and alternative processes that allow to keep up with the trends of functional ingredients market. Our business aspires to link different biotechnology industries, connecting the raw material suppliers with those developing the final product. The aim is to apply a circular economy concept, providing solutions to accomplish the agroindustrial requests for a basic redesign: changing from the take-make-waste model towards the reuse-based model.
