Velanir is a private investment entity based that focuses on nimble and opportunistic direct investments into businesses and alternative asset classes. Business Direct Investments: Velanir focuses on providing $100K to $1M of direct equity capital to high growth companies with a clear path to free cash flow generation. We invest in revenue-generating companies based in the United States with at least 2 years of business performance. We partner with entrepreneurs and leadership teams that have a strong track record, proven management expertise. We provide capital at critical stages of company development to accelerate growth and maximize future free cash flow generation. Alternative Direct Investments: Velanir seeks opportunities to deploy long-term capital up to $2M per deal, across asset classes, capital structures and time horizons, targeting results above 25% IRR. Sectors of focus include commercial real estate, hedge funds and private equity funds. Velanir invests as an LP, either directly, or through SPVs with additional outside capital.
