For the relief from back pain, joint and neck pain and to restore joint mobility we start with chiropractic treatment. Physiotherapy treatment provides post-injury care as well as sport, work and performance care. Therapeutic massage promotes relaxation and the healing process, reducing muscle pain and maintaining health. Once your body is ready we then work towards strengthening areas to get on top of old habits and reoccurrence of old problems as well as achieving your goals of fitness and health.
