Velios Capital is a boutique commercial real estate financing consulting firm. The principals George Eliopoulos and Dimitris "Jimmy" Vattes have over a half century experience arranging one billion in financing for clients across all assets. Mr Vattes and Mr. Eliopoulos have a broad background in all aspects of real estate. Mr. Eliopoulos has experience in taking troubled properties and "turning them around." He has also purchased and sold properties for himself and clients. Both Mr. Vattes and Mr. Eliopoulos have extensive experience in managing properties. Mr. Vattes, a Cornell University Alumni, is currently managing a small investment portfolio for his family office and developing a 66-Unit project in Bayonne, NJ. Mr. Vattes as President of the NYC Metro CCIM Chapter was instrumental in growing the Chapter to National prominence.
