Velney Development is a Somerville-based Veteran owned & Minority owned real estate development firm. We focus on multifamily and mix-use commercial properties. Our projects consist of med-scale to large-scale urban redevelopments. Founded in 2021 by Josu’e Velney, a former United States Marine. He has taken his leadership skills, honed in the military, and applied them to real estate. His mission and focus, strengthening communities through quality development.
