Velo Capital advises on flexible real estate credit solutions, with the purpose to enable ideas and deploy capital to advance the transition to sustainable communities. With 10 years of alternative real estate credit track record, Velo Capital exclusively advises three active funds with approximately €1bn AUM. Our most recent mandate relates to the fund ‘VMC’, which held a first closing in June 2023. The fund expands Velo Capital's sustainability focused credit strategies further into Northern Europe, including Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. We have offices in four countries and employs 30 employees, part of which through its local German sub-advisory subsidiary Flins Capital Partners GmbH.
