Velocity Development Group is a boutique development company focused on small to medium multi-unit residential and mixed-use opportunities in St Petersburg and the surrounding Tampa Bay area. Our focus is acquiring land within growing areas and building a portfolio of build to rent properties for long term cash flow and appreciation.
