Velocity Homes is in the market to purchase bulk pools of corporate, government and financial-owned single family real estate assets. The real estate pools of interest include a collection of individual single family residential real estate assets combined into one group for sale by an owner or group of owners who have acquired title through bank seizure or acquisition, foreclosure or similar legal process. Velocity Homes will purchase $300,000,000 to $400,000,000 in pool real estate assets per year. Assets of interest will be in the value range of $100,000 to $300,000 per asset and located throughout the United States.
