Over time as our experience grew we noticed that there is a lack of a tool for managing skills. We wanted to create that solution so we started to cooperate with the best managers to found out their needs. After many of sessions prototyping and workshops, we created an app that covers all processes for managing talents. It is how we changing thinking about feedback sessions and creating objectives.
