CNC Precision Machining

Rapid Prototyping
Our service is ideal for the creation of medical device prototypes, parts for delivery systems, medical device handles and fixture parts. We use an industrial grade dual extruder 3D printer, which is capable of handling large prototypes which means that large prototypes can be built as one whole.

We are able to provide an extensive range of CAD Services including CAD modelling to customers’ requirements, assembly drawings, generating exploded views, creating Bills of Materials and manufacturing drawings made to industrial standard including GD+T standards.
We can also provide a full drawing package on customers’ drawing templates ready for DCN or ECO process.
Design Consultancy
We have extensive knowledge of the medical-device industry and, in particular, have a proven track-record in the design and manufacture of medical jigs and fixtures, which means that we are particularly well-placed to offer design consultancy in this area.
