The directors have spent many years working within the built environment and take experience from not only directly delivering projects and maintenance but also from the client side as facilities managers, national operations and contract managers. Therefore, as a collective there is a comprehensive understanding of the requirements of all stakeholders within the delivery of projects and maintenance. This unique understanding ensures that the elements and requirements of all people involved are considered, from the conception of a project, through to design and delivery, whilst also appreciating the needs of different clients, service users, tenants and residents throughout all sectors of property management.
