Venom Performance Training

Our primary mandate at Venom PT is to focus on metabolic syndrome and how to use exercise as medicine to combat or reverse chronic diseases. We take clients on a 7-week journey to lifestyle change consisting of lifestyle counseling, physical activity and nutrition counseling. Here we focus on the health-related components of fitness such as cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, balance and body composition. We use these components to help move patients out of a diseased state and provide better management of their condition.
