We are a boutique admiralty and maritime law firm. While litigation is our focus, we also engage in transactional work, often in the maritime and transportation sector. Our partners are seasoned attorneys and litigators, and both are Proctors in Admiralty. We often advise small to medium-sized businesses on contractual, transaction, and commercial dispute matters. By focusing our practice in these areas we are able to provide a level of skill and expertise which is not routinely available elsewhere. Due to the nature of our practice we frequently take complex cases through trial and appeal in both federal and state courts.
