VentureRx equips co-founders to reach their maximum potential. Our clinical psychologists train co-founders to establish effective communication frameworks, strengthen their interpersonal bonds, improve their resiliency to stressors, and enhance emotional flexibility. All methodologies practiced by VentureRx are rooted in clinical psychology. Dr. Hila Sachs was born in South Africa and immigrated to the United States to pursue her career of becoming a clinical psychologist. She was raised in a family of entrepreneurs and has spent a significant amount of time in Silicon Valley interacting with many startup cofounders. Her experience and training has led her to have a special interest in the field of relationships and couple’s therapy, and is specifically focused on adapting her learnings to the field of entrepreneurship. Dr. Sachs earned her masters and doctorate in Clinical Psychology from PGSP-Stanford. During her training at Stanford University School of Medicine, UCSF, and community based mental health clinics, she gained various experiences which supported her passions in working with couples and individuals dealing with relationship problems. Through her training, one of the biggest lessons Dr. Sachs has learned is the paramount importance positive relationships and strong community bonds have on individuals’ resiliency and success in reaching their goals. Dr. Sachs’ interest in relationships led her to write a dissertation which looked at addressing the gaps in the current literature on relationship satisfaction. Her study focused on the pregnancy period and it examined the different potential variables of relationship satisfaction.
