Venturesome Studios (VS) is a creation of Franziska Gonder and Kyle Henry. As a duo, we are business managers for inventors. We started VS after working for 19 years combined with technology startups and innovation initiatives across 4 continents. We are driven by the great ideas sitting on a shelf somewhere and waiting to be unleashed from the mind. Ideation is the first step and we work with inventors that have the capabilities to create a prototype and are looking for long term partners that can bring skills in testing, iteration and commercialization while sharing in the risk and reward. We believe that there are two reasons why an inventor will fail to bring their vision into the world: #1 the invention does not fit with the market that is being targeted. In addition, the channels of acquisition and business model must integrate with the above. #2 the team supporting the core product (invention) fails to work as a team to support the invention through the commercialization process. Franzi's superpowers are in human ops - building strong, collaborative environments, structures and teams. Kyle's superpowers are business ops - building products with an understanding of the target market's motivations and behaviors while utilizing business models that drive revenues.
