Some of the things we do are: • Bid Management and Writing: Support for winning submissions such as CIS bids, ARENA grants and REZ Access Rights bids. • Stakeholder Collaboration and Co-Design Facilitation: Examples include supporting the facilitation of the Connections Reform Initiative (CRI) industry collaboration between AEMO and the CEC, as well as supporting EnergyCo NSW, AEMO and Transgrid in the co-design of the REZ Access Standards for Central-West Orana (CWO). • Due Diligence: Pre-acquisition due diligence and strategic advice on projects, businesses and business units. • Business Cases and Feasibility Assessments: Development of financial costs/benefits (incl. project financial modelling), non-financial benefits and risk assessments. • Asset Management: Development of strategic asset management plans and stakeholder workshop facilitation.
