The Venus Group incorporates Venus Healthcare Homes Ltd and City Rivergate Ltd, specialising in bespoke property developments for its London-based provision of specialist residential adult social care and urban regeneration projects throughout the Greater London region. City Rivergate and Venus Healthcare have become renowned for working in collaboration with its commissioning partners to deliver built to suit environments which meet the individual needs of its service users to the highest standard. As well as the specialist care sector, the family's business career has also seen them involved in construction, management consultancy, real estate, residential property management and international developments. Venus Healthcare is a provider of high quality residential care for people living with autism, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, forensic backgrounds, challenging behaviours and other complex needs. Having made a significant positive impact in the UK care system, Venus Healthcare is currently collaborating with a large non-profit organisation on a knowledge and skills partnership. This partnership will bring about the delivery of a, first of its kind, autism and learning difficulties complex care village in Malaysia, based on the model deployed in the UK. The aim is to create a pathway to begin training new carers within Venus Healthcare settings. This will involve forming a degree-level programme where aspiring Malaysian care staff can come to the UK to learn; working in Venus Healthcare settings.. In doing so, they will gain the requisite skills to return to Malaysia and run the new care village unit that will be opened there.
