I will support you in comprehending, understanding, and accepting what is in the way of your desired life Whether you have a specific goal or you are seeking direction, we will firstly go through the different parts of your journey and pinpoint areas that you believe require work After that, I will support you in creating your own, specific, smart, achievable, and measurable action plan in order for you to be able to reach your desired objectives I will hold you accountable to the set plan and ensure that it fits your path because your plan is going to be uniquely tailored for you. I am not going to find solutions to your problems but I will empower and assist you so that you are able to take charge of your problems and find the solutions yourself Throughout this process, I will ensure that you feel continually supported by creating a safe space that is free of judgement and full of acceptance, honesty, confidentiality and transparency.
