At Veradigm Partners, we work with select clients to solve difficult problems. Ours is a collaborative approach. We are not in the business of providing arbitrary answers. Rather we ask questions, listen carefully, and guide clients in developing their own answers, with a coherent plan moving forward. Our practice focuses on strategic planning, change management and leadership development. We have served organizational clients in healthcare, global health, finance, non-profits and startups. We have served individual clients with leadership development, organizational change management and professional transition planning. We generally accept new clients by referral only, but would be happy to discuss our services.
