VERBUND

VERBUND is Austria's leading utility and one of the largest producers of hydroelectricity in Europe. We generate appx. 95 % of our electricity from renewable energy, primarily from hydropower. VERBUND trades electricity in 12 countries and generated € 2.8 bn in annual revenue in 2018 with approximately 2,700 employees. Together with our subsidiaries and partners, we are active in the generation of electricity, in transmission and in international trading and sales.
