Verdant Ventures is an emerging markets real estate development and management company. Collectively, the Verdant Ventures team has $5 billion in real estate development experience; 20+ years of in country operational experience; currently has projects in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; significant construction experience in Sub Saharan (e.g., Nigeria, Ghana, and Ethiopia). Verdant Ventures was created to develop and construct diplomatic housing projects as a subsidiary of Verdant Frontiers, which was founded in 2013 to fight poverty by creating for-profit, large scale businesses in Ethiopia that promote flourishing markets in a rapidly growing country.
