We believe navigation capabilities for SAE Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 autonomous vehicle systems are in their infancy. We also believe these early navigation systems are pursuing approaches that are not scalable, do not function in a broad range of roadway conditions, and will not deliver safe, reliable autonomous driving on all roadways.
