What does it enable?
VeriCampus Assistant enables college admissions and student support departments to provide a high level of personalized service at a low cost. This frees up limited human resources and enables staff to focus on high-leverage activities like building personal relationships and responding to complex questions. Analytics from ongoing student communications also provide insights to help colleges better understand and respond to students’ experiences.
How does it work?
With the Assistant, a newly admitted student for example, has at their fingertips, a helpful advisor who can answer nearly any question about enrolling in college. Questions range from course enrolment, to financial aid and orientation - and when a question is too complicated, the bot can connect the student with the right advisor to help resolve their question. The advisor also performs useful functions for enrolled students by giving them access to generic tools like event/class notifications - and specific tools like flash card bots, quiz bots (for test preparation/assessment).
