Verindplast Srl, consolidata realtà nel settore della verniciatura liquida di componenti moto e auto e verniciatura a polveri, nasce nel 1997 dall'esperienza trentennale dei soci nel settore automotive. Nel 1998 l'azienda entra ufficialmente nella fornitura della Honda Italia Spa settore Produzione e Ricambi. Il crescente apprezzamento ottenuto nell'indotto locale permette all'azienda di entrare nel mercato estero come fornitore di Honda Access Europe NV. Negli anni a seguire l'azienda amplia ulteriormente la propria attività intraprendendo importanti progetti produttivi con Yamaha, Ducati, KTM e BMW.
Nel 2017 l'azienda ha implementato le proprie attività dotandosi di un impianto automatico di verniciatura a polveri.
