VeriSkills™ is owned by Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre Limited (QTAC), a registered educational charity owned by Australian universities. QTAC has over 40 years’ experience verifying skills and experience for university entrance. As part of Australia’s qualifications eco-system QTAC is powering VeriSkills™ to ensure courses and training programs continue to provide meaning to a person’s skills, credentials and experience allowing them to be better matched for future opportunities. In an unknown future workforce how will you select candidates for a future that cannot be anticipated? To substantiate these capabilities, learning and development courses, training programs, professional development and other similar programs should measure these abilities and provide clear outcomes as to what capabilities are attained from each course. Course outcomes need to be transferable and generalisable, providing tangible professional development that is relevant across different organisations, roles and industries.
