Veritas GRC delivers board Cybersecurity Governance and Regulatory Compliance (CGRC) training, coaching, and advisory. Our first program, launching at the end of March 2024, trains and coaches boards and accountable executives to the SEC Cyber Final Rule, EU NIS 2, DORA, and the Cyber Resilience Act. Veritas GRC delivers 1. Education: Educating boards, board subcommittees, and accountable executives to enable them to orchestrate the governance, oversight, and assurance of cybersecurity risk management. 2. Advisory: Enabling clients to manage the oversight, assurance, and attestation of 'proactive, Left of Bang' cyber regulatory compliance. 3. Legal: Our legal partners deliver cyber legal compliance services to support clients demonstrating adequate and reasonable oversight, assurance, and attestation to cybersecurity risk management regulations.
