Abkar Golestan Cultivation & Industry Co was founded in 2008 in Agh-Ghala Industrial Town, Geolstan Province, a province renowned for its agricultural products in Iran, to produce extra-virgin vegetable oil bearing the brand “Verjen”. The experience of our directors who equipped the company with farming tool and machineries led us to produce and supply the raw materials from the outsourced farms operated under our supervision.We are planning to supply the whole input to our plant from naturally produced seeds to organically extract oils in a near future.In line with its economic and qualitative goals, Verjen has received a number of manufacturing licenses covering a range of its vegetable (sesame, cottonseed, and pumpkin) oils for export to foreign companies. We have obtained required health permits and certificates following several steps that enabled us to export our products to Canada.
