Vermillion Recruitment is a division of Vermillion Business. The Recruitment division focuses primarily on Sales and supporting infrastructures in the Banking, Insurance, Retail and Telecommunications sectors. We place a special emphasis on Business Intelligence, Data Analytics & Warehousing. Kerry Evans is the Vermillion Recruitment MD. Over the past 15 years she has held senior positions in a number of IT and related industry firms. Most recently she was appointed Chairman of the SAS EMEA and Asia Pacific Sales Strategy Council. Kerry is passionate about matching job specs to potential candidates and is ideally suited to offer this service to both Clients and Candidates. Kerry remarks: “A crucial aspect of your Company Strategy and your consequent Sales Strategy is to ensure that you have the most appropriate people driving the outcomes. The better the match, the higher the probability of the Candidate remaining at the Company long-term.” Vermillion Recruitment uses a specialised profiling tool, which gives a different perspective of the senior candidates. Among other aspects, it measures the team vs. individual focus, the candidate’s drive and their attention to detail.
