Since 2015, WeDoSomething has been committed to creating a more inclusive and collaborative society. We empower workplaces, schools and institutions with Communication Skills for Modern Life. Our Versus program consists of bilingual workshops and learning experiences that teach individuals and teams how to navigate and contribute to an increasingly intercultural, intergenerational society with openness and respect for difference. Our key pillars are: 1. **Inclusive Communication & Dialogue Skills:** Equipping people to engage in inclusive and constructive conversations in order to foster deeper understanding, even across lines of difference or disagreement. 2. **Media Literacy & Digital Citizenship Skills:** Imparting critical thinking skills to avoid disinformation, recognize the impact of our media diet on our beliefs and ideas, and promote responsible digital behaviour. 3. **Emotional Intelligence & Self-Regulation:** Building self-awareness and resilience in order to enhance interpersonal relationships and our ability to respond, rather than react to our environment.
