My name is Carl Joubert, and I am the founder of Vert Analytics. A Data Consultancy that focuses on helping small to medium enterprises extract value from their data and make better decisions. As an experienced data analytics professional, I specialize in developing data-driven solutions that provide actionable insights for both customers and internal stakeholders. My background includes roles as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where I created data products using SQL and Power BI, and as a team lead, overseeing analysts, engineers, database administrators, and data scientists. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Business Analyst, facilitating joint application development sessions, drafting requirement specifications, and managing software development projects. In 2024, I completed an MSc in Data Science at the University of London, where my research centered on predictive analytics for wildfire risk mapping, utilizing Python.
