Vertical Equity Partners is a value-add commercial real estate investment firm based in Tampa with communities throughout Florida. Vertical Equity Partners' diverse portfolio has historically consisted of retail, office, and residential properties, with a primary focus being multi-family residential. Additionally, an aggressive approach to the manufactured housing community sector in recent years has yielded impressive results via the repositioning of the assets through capital improvements and proper management. The firm offers qualified individuals investment opportunities with preferential returns, at stated rates, in addition to profit participation. Our investment methodology is designed to minimize risk while creating value through cash flow and capital appreciation. Only investments with anticipated above average returns, or greater, are considered. As of mid-year 2023, the firm currently owned 17 unique residential communities containing a total of more than 300 individual residential units. All properties are self-managed by the firm and the total value of the portfolio exceeds $20,000,000. Continued strategic growth is a main component of the firm's business model. Our specific focus is to invest in commercial real estate, specifically multifamily apartment buildings and manufactured housing communities. This type of real estate has shown strong growth year over year, even in times of recession.
