This makes consultancy services in this industry unaffordable for majority. Currently hardly 2% of individual home builders are able to afford architectural services for their home. At the same time contractors from the industry take advantage of this, making the overall process cumbersome for the end user. Traditional construction industry is well known for its delays, lack of transparency and unpleasant experiences. A strategical approach along with educating the user to lead the process makes the overall home construction much more satisfying and easy. Just the exact amount of information about the home construction process makes it possible for him/her to monitor, question and supervise the contractor. The end user experiences a transparent and controlled construction. This leads to increase in data driven approach by users towards the industry and improved acceptance of new products/solutions in the industry.
