Based in bespoke premises in Bishop Auckland, VEST Construction (LIVECO Ltd) is a privately owned Building & Civil Engineering company which targets construction projects in the North East region up to a value of £4m. We carry out traditional contracts, frameworks, partnering, design & build projects covering a wide range of sectors such as: - > Historic – Historic Restoration & Refurbishment > Healthcare – Hospitals, Hospices, Nursing Homes, Veterinary Hospitals, Dental Surgeries > Education – Schools, Colleges & Universities (Employees are CRB checked) > Residential – House Extensions, Alterations & New Build > Social Housing – Refurbishment > Industrial & Warehouse – Factory Extensions & New Build > Commercial & Retail – Extensions, Refurbishments & New Build We currently concentrate our works within the North East of England, working between Ashington in the North to Ripon in the South. The map below roughly indicates our normal working area. It is our policy to employ skilled tradesmen, operatives and apprentices in the various building disciplines and help them develop their skills further through training. We currently employ around 45 such personnel covering most building trades. Our initial aim was to achieve an annual turnover of between £3m and £5m within the first 3 years. We have trading since 2004 and year on year we have continued to build on our success. Our turnover has steadily grown to around £11m. Our aim is to maintain a turnover of around £8-10m by continuing to give our clients, design teams and consultants an excellent service. We believe our success is due to our customer focus and strategy to bring a complete and professional service to all our customers. The feedback from our repeat clients has proven our belief that historically these qualities were very difficult to find especially on the smaller projects. Working with our customers!
