VestRight is a locally owned family business founded in 2019 by Cody Bjugan, a 20+ year veteran Land Developer and homebuilder to help dispel the myths and show real estate entrepreneurs how to capitalize on the unprecedented demand for raw land with development potential and learn how to create life-changing wealth in the process. There are thousands of resources to learn about traditional real estate investing (house rehabbing, flipping, and wholesaling) and there are tens of thousands of residential house flippers competing for the same deals in every market. Yet, one of the most profitable and least understood strategies in real estate is LAND. Since its founding, VestRight has trained hundreds of students how to successfully find off-market raw land with development potential and sell them to land-hungry homebuilders for 6-7 figures profit per deal, without needing motivated sellers, hardball negotiation or putting their own capital at risk. As a result, Cody is achieving his mission of Purpose, Impact and Fulfillment to help change the lives of those willing to step into a new business model and follow his lead. Land development and investing is a “blue ocean” of opportunity and there is currently nobody else who is teaching the methods VestRight uses to create massive windfalls on every single deal. He started VestRight for PIF: Over the years, we have become experts in real estate raw land deals that have development potential. VestRight is the vessel in which we can share our expertise with others. We teach people like you everything you need to know in order to put together land deals in the development space, while avoiding the risks that land developers take on and the capital needed to do so.
