VetCon Services is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business established by Veterans who hire veterans as a first choice. For several years, VetCon Services has been assembling a team of qualified individuals who are Veterans of the armed forces and/or the Corps of Engineers. VetCon Services’ team of leaders collectively represents years of relevant experience with the Veterans Affairs, Federal, State and Local Governments. It is this experience that has quickly developed a culture of discipline in all areas of the company. We understand the Government’s process for quality control, adherence to approved schedule, and submission of required documentation coupled with clear, two-way communication and partnering. We exist for a higher purpose and hold an unrelenting inner sense of determination. VetCon Services manages all day-to-day operations of our projects and it is our personnel, consisting of Project Managers, Site Superintendents, Technical, Safety and Quality Control experts, who use their experience to correct issues in a timely manner before they become major problems. VetCon Services delivers a better overall product because our overarching goal is a quality product and total customer satisfaction. VetCon Services senior leadership team served in the Army as Engineer Officers/NCOs whose mission was to form skilled teams in order to plan, leverage resources and execute demanding, time-sensitive, engineering operations and construction projects in the United States and overseas. We did not give up those skills or imperatives now that we are in the civilian sector.
