Whether you are still serving or a seasoned veteran, this program will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to launch or advance your civilian career. The program is structured around five core competency domains, each crucial for success in the civilian workforce. We utilize a blended learning approach, combining the benefits of a flipped classroom model with both synchronous (live) and asynchronous (self-paced) learning experiences to ensure maximum flexibility and engagement.
