Veterans Bridge Home helps Veterans in the Carolinas successfully transition home after military service by identifying their education, employment, social enrichment, and healthcare needs and connecting them to available community, state and federal resources.
VBH is the one-stop shop for Veterans in the Metrolina (Charlotte), Triad, Sandhills and Triangle regions in North Carolina and Midlands region in South Carolina. Without VBH, the civilian community can feel overwhelming and confusing to a Veteran just leaving the armed forces. With VBH, Veterans in transition have a single point of contact to help navigate this very important life event, in a compassionate, low-pressure, and productive manner.
The number of Veteran and Military families VBH connects and serves continues to grow each year, highlighting the need in our communities. VBH continues to lead the community towards making our Charlotte founded organization a national model of public-private partnerships that assist in transitioning our nation’s returning Veterans.
