We offer preconstruction, construction, construction management, and design-build services for commercial, multifamily, renovation, and light industrial projects. Preconstruction: Our primary goal in preconstruction is to help define your project before the design is complete. This enables the project team to produce a final design that optimizes cost, schedule, and quality factors. Common services provided during preconstruction include estimating, scheduling, constructability review, site investigation, and value engineering. Construction: During construction our focus turns to safety, quality, and schedule. We will provide full time supervision for every project we perform. Our safety program is effective in practice. Our personnel are trained in and committed to the “Three Phases of Control” quality assurance plan. Our supervisory staff will schedule your projects aggressively and efficiently without sacrificing safety or quality. GC/CM: We have experience working in the Construction Manager role and are familiar with the requirements of RCW 39.10 that govern the public GC/CM process. We are prepared with the administrative tools necessary to successfully implement this form of delivery vehicle. Design Build: We have experience in managing the design and construction of building elements (e.g., canopies and stairs), building systems (e.g., mechanical and electrical), as well as entire buildings.
