As an owner, director and NED of technology and consultancy businesses, I have had extensive experience of the sacrifices and joys of running and growing successful businesses and fully understand the challenges and opportunities the veterinary sector faces today.
When I sold my businesses, I decided to launch my own business consultancy, coaching and mentoring IT leaders to help them to avoid the drawbacks I had endured ingrowing my businesses. In 2015 I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to provide business consulting, to the independent veterinary sector. Now, after nearly 8 years, I have coached and mentored some of the UK’s now top-performing independent veterinary practices.
