Vevey Capital LLC is a family office investing in private capital markets. Our rigorous investment guidelines follow industry best practices allowing us to obtain risk adjusted returns consistent with our mandate and performance objectives. Our private equity team takes minority positions in businesses and provides a full range of business advisory with the intention of unlocking value. While traditional private equity buyout and venture capital primarily derive value from leverage returns, our portfolio companies' key driver to return capital comes from organic growth and follow-on acquisitions. Our experienced real estate team, along with our network of relationships, seeks to capitalize on opportunities in areas of stable but attractive growth. Our real estate equity team focus on sourcing, negotiating and acquiring residential and commercial real estate assets in locations where our proprietary research signals an inflection point or a sustained growth over the years. While traditional real estate firms focus primarily on asset appreciation, Vevey Capital focuses on value creation initiatives, acquiring mismanaged assets, investing a reasonable amount in these and obtaining a better than average yield while working on a favorable exit, consistent with the investment case.
