SDI Volunteers is a nonprofit with a volunteer staff of about 30 people, support between 30 to 50 international volunteers at local NGOs worldwide. SDI Volunteers actively supports young adults during their volunteer server by providing financial aid, preparation, free insurance, crisis management, counseling and recuruitment services for thier partners. The NGOs works with many international partners, lokal NGOs and Nonprofits in the US, the Philippines, Georgia, South Africa and other countries. SDI Volunteers prepares all volunteers for their international deployment and helps reintegration and readjustment after returning from their 12-month service. The main goal of SDI Volunteers is to provide a trusting and aiding environment where people can learn from each other by providing important social services to people in need. Respect, trust, understanding and learning are important values and goals for SDI Volunteers, thier Partners and all Volunteers.
