When a Veteran seeks to purchase a home for the first time, the process can be overwhelming and confusing. The VHA’s goal is to increase homeownership rates among Veterans by providing financial and real estate literacy programs as well as assistance in credit repair and restoration services. We want to help you if you are a Veteran or active duty military member who is: 1) Wanting to be a homeowner (even in a few years!) 2) About to open escrow on a home or buy in the near future. We have grants for you if you are struggling with a down payment or closing costs. 3) Currently a homeowner and wants to maximize their investment We have a group of professionally qualified and licensed Veterans who will assist with all stages.
