The association stands for mutual support in a total of 18 dynamic scientific commissions - the core elements of the association. The aim of the VHB is to develop and promote business studies as a socially relevant, internationally networked and forward-looking academic discipline. Founded in 1921, the VHB today has around 3,000 members and is the leading academic association for business administration in the German-speaking world.
